Keyfactor is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the product lifecycle for its SaaS Platform, a trust infrastructure solution for AI and machines. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and customer success. You will define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, develop and prioritize roadmaps based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand. Core responsibilities include owning the product backlog, translating features into clear engineering tasks and technical requirements, creating detailed product requirements and user stories, and working closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products to market. You'll monitor product performance, gather user feedback, iterate on features to improve UX, and serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. Communication with stakeholders and executive leadership on product updates and progress is essential, as is developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and customers. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role. You should have strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Technical comfort with PKI, cryptography, enterprise security software, and environments like Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes is required. Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence) is expected. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience in cybersecurity or enterprise security software, and demonstrated use of AI tools to drive measurable outcomes in backlog grooming, customer feedback synthesis, or PRD/user story drafting. Up to 10% travel required. Full-time, remote position based in the United States.
