Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and preventing fraud. Socure Launch is their self-service offering for emerging fintechs and growth-stage companies.
As Growth Product Manager for Launch, you will own the complete activation and onboarding experience, from signup through first production usage. Your core responsibilities span three areas:
Activation & Product-Led Growth: You'll define and optimize the Launch activation funnel, establishing key metrics around onboarding success and time-to-value. You'll design and run rapid experiments across onboarding flows, product experience, packaging, and messaging. Through funnel analysis, behavioral data, and direct customer feedback, you'll identify friction points and translate learnings into measurable product improvements.
Fintech Customer Insights: You'll develop deep understanding of fintech customer workflows by conducting interviews, onboarding reviews, and integration discovery sessions. You'll identify unmet needs across identity, compliance, onboarding, and trust workflows, turning these insights into product recommendations and roadmap priorities.
Ecosystem & Channel Growth: You'll partner with key fintech ecosystems including VCs, accelerators, embedded finance platforms, and strategic partners. You'll identify repeatable patterns that improve activation and retention within customer segments and help shape tailored product experiences for fintech and developer-first customers.
You'll operate as an owner in a fast-growing business, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Solutions Engineering, Support, and GTM teams. You'll create the instrumentation, reporting, and operational foundations needed to scale Launch efficiently, converting recurring challenges into productized solutions.
Success is measured through improvements in activation rate, time-to-first-value, onboarding completion, early retention and engagement, and partner-sourced growth.
