As Head of Market Services Product Management, you will own the complete Market Services product portfolio end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, lifecycle governance, and alignment to business objectives. You will drive portfolio growth through market analysis, client engagement, and competitive intelligence while maintaining P&L ownership and connecting product decisions directly to revenue, margin, client retention, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing Product Management team with clear ownership and accountability; meeting regularly with clients and prospects to understand business priorities and market trends; partnering closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure products remain scalable, profitable, and aligned with customer demand; and supporting sales enablement through product positioning and go-to-market activities. You will balance customer needs, commercial opportunity, operational capacity, and technical feasibility in all product decisions.
The role emphasizes practical AI fluency—using approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, portfolio reporting, customer preparation, roadmap planning, and executive-level decision-making while maintaining data protection and accountability. You will synthesize customer feedback, sales insights, operational constraints, and KPI trends into clear product recommendations and communications.
This is a leadership role requiring 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience in financial services technology, capital markets infrastructure, market data, connectivity, hosting, managed services, or related industries. You must have demonstrated experience owning a product portfolio or P&L with responsibility for growth and profitability; deep understanding of capital markets infrastructure and the technology ecosystem; strong knowledge of market connectivity, exchange connectivity, managed infrastructure, and trading infrastructure; and proven ability to translate customer needs into commercially successful products. Strong financial, analytical, and strategic decision-making capabilities, excellent executive communication, and ability to operate across technical, commercial, and customer-facing organizations are essential.
