Insurify, a fast-growing MIT-founded fintech startup, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive product vision and strategy for its insurance comparison and management platform. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to define product roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key responsibilities include: articulating product vision and strategy aligned with company goals; conducting data-driven analysis of user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities; pursuing strategic growth initiatives to enhance user value and drive revenue; managing execution from conception through measurement; facilitating stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration; and conducting market and user research to inform product development. You will operate with high autonomy, independently troubleshoot complex issues, and navigate ambiguity to drive solutions. The role requires deep analytical capabilities, including SQL proficiency, dashboarding, product analytics, and experimentation design. You'll communicate strategy and outcomes clearly to internal partners, stakeholders, and external clients. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of product management experience or equivalent background in decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric thinking. You should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, ruthless prioritization, and the ability to learn quickly in unfamiliar domains. The position requires in-office presence 3 days per week in Cambridge. Insurify has raised $130M in funding, been recognized on the Forbes Fintech 50 list and Inc. 5,000 fastest-growing companies multiple times, and is led by MIT alumni founders. The company targets a $1.3 trillion market opportunity in digital insurance.
