Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and leader in life sciences cloud software, is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva Quality Cloud. The Quality Cloud platform unifies content management, training, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and QC lab solutions (LIMS) to accelerate high-quality product manufacturing. In this role, you will lead the design and development of AI agents focused on 'Docs to Data'—analyzing document content and intelligently extracting information to map and store as structured data within the Veeva Quality Cloud data model. You will work hands-on with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI, design data flows and orchestration, develop and refine prompts, and assist with AI Agent evaluations. You'll present feature capabilities and value to both internal and external stakeholders, working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision. Required qualifications include 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications. You must have coding skills in Python, hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs, and a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration is essential. You should demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, UX, and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires being based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and the ability to travel 20%. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or data engineer; background in life sciences; experience building products on application development platforms; and experience with regulated industry software. Veeva offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; flexible PTO; retirement programs; and a 1% charitable giving program. The company operates as a Work Anywhere organization, supporting flexibility to work from home or in the office.
