Adswerve, an award-winning data, media, and tech consultancy and leading Google and Adobe partner, is seeking a Technical Lead, Analytics to join their Analytics Services team. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert, designing and executing robust enterprise tracking solutions for 800+ clients across web, mobile, and app platforms.
In this role, you'll specialize in Tealium and enterprise tag management systems, architecting scalable data collection solutions. You'll design and deploy end-to-end analytics tracking across web, mobile, and single-page applications, maintaining and standardizing data layers and Solution Design References (SDRs) for complex, multi-brand digital properties. You'll configure tracking pixels, custom variables, and event triggers to support analytics, data privacy, and marketing use cases.
You'll partner closely with client engineering teams to translate tracking requirements into actionable technical specifications, rigorously test and validate tracking end-to-end for data integrity and compliance, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle—from presales scoping to final delivery. You'll mentor junior team members on analytics engineering practices, JavaScript, mobile app tracking, and privacy/consent management. You'll also produce technical documentation, contribute to internal tracking standards, and participate in creating technical content like blog posts and webinars.
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Digital Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or AdTech. 3+ years implementing enterprise analytics solutions with deep expertise in Tealium (iQ/EventStream). Strong fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for analytics deployment. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics/Launch, Segment, or Amplitude. Proven ability to design scalable data layers and translate business requirements into technical SDRs. Solid understanding of mobile app tracking (iOS/Android SDKs) and SPA behaviors. Excellent communication skills explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
