Salary: USD 150,000 - 205,000 / annual
Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, and more. The company combines powerful algorithms with a platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability through no-code tools, custom code, or forked code.
You will own the hands-on, technical delivery of complex supply chain analytics implementations for Fortune 500 customers including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola. This is a senior, customer-facing role that requires staying close to the platform—configuring, modeling, and troubleshooting directly—while running defined statements of work with program-management discipline from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
**Engagement Leadership & Governance:** Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs. Establish and manage engagement governance, including steering committees and program cadences. Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Define engagement success metrics and ensure value realization against business objectives.
**Solution Design & Delivery:** Translate business requirements into technical architectures leveraging Lyric's platform, hands-on. Lead modeling, data integration, and configuration efforts across functional and technical teams. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and IT stakeholders to ensure scalable and secure implementations. Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions across business units.
**Program Management & Team Leadership:** Manage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore delivery partners. Scope services engagements—translating ambiguous asks into bounded statements of work with clear success criteria. Drive accountability and communication across internal and external teams. Lead change management and customer enablement activities. Surface insights and feedback to inform Lyric's product roadmap and delivery best practices.
The ideal candidate is T-shaped: broad enough to engage across customer strategy, analytics, and technology, and deep enough to lead solution design and implementation. This role requires exceptional program management, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
Location is remote, primarily within the US, with 10-15% travel required for on-site project work (implementation kickoffs, UAT sessions, executive workshops).
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery, ideally owning statements of work end-to-end
- Genuinely hands-on with technical delivery—comfortable configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting rather than only directing others
- Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases (optimization, prediction, simulation)
- Proven experience leading global project teams and managing enterprise-scale programs
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly at all levels of an organization
- Track record running UAT and change management that drives real adoption, not just sign-off
- High attention to detail and structured program management skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and energized by building in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred
