Salary: USD 110,000 - 142,000 / annual
Freshworks is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer to join the Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will design and develop engaging technical learning experiences for Partner Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, and other customer-facing technical roles.
You will create a variety of learning assets including eLearning courses, technical certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, interactive activities, and job aids. Your work will translate complex Freshworks product concepts into clear, practical, and scalable digital learning experiences that improve technical readiness and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop technical learning experiences using multimedia content creation (text, video, audio, animations, interactions) with tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, and technical subject matter experts to understand and translate complex technical concepts
- Assess learning needs and define course scope, learning objectives, content structure, and assessments based on learner and stakeholder requirements
- Build and maintain technical certifications and readiness programs
- Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes, then continuously improve content
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to identify essential learning content and keep experiences focused and appropriately scoped
This is a hybrid role based in Freshworks' Downtown Boston office with in-office expectations of 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of experience designing technical curriculum, digital learning experiences, or enablement programs in a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to create polished, professional-quality multimedia learning content (eLearning, video, audio, interactive experiences)
- Strong learning design skills: ability to define course scope, develop learning objectives, structure content, and build assessments
- Experience creating learning for technical audiences (Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, Customer Success, or similar)
- Solid technical foundation in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software, or related technologies
- Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar authoring tools
- Strong technical writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical SMEs and distinguish essential from "nice to have" content
- Plus: Experience designing technical certifications or assessments
- Plus: Experience with AI-powered learning tools or content creation
