Bazaarvoice is seeking a QA Implementation Analyst to join their implementation team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of client implementations by following testing steps and verifying that the initial technical setup of Bazaarvoice clients is sound.
You will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and the nuances of Bazaarvoice products that impact their technical health and overall satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include executing test plans, identifying issues, troubleshooting problems in detail, and communicating findings to business partners. You'll need to balance high-level problem analysis with meticulous attention to detail, and you'll own, control, and prioritize your own workload in a fast-moving environment.
The role requires someone who is passionate about quality, proactively identifies areas for improvement, and can deliver effective solutions under pressure. You should be a self-starter with strong collaborative skills and a genuine hunger for growth as a technologist.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to make recommendations based on assessment results
- Experience working with business partners to maintain usable data and reports
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver

- Proven track record proactively identifying areas of improvement and effective solutions

- BA/BBA/BS or equivalent education
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working in high-volume queue environments
- Experience in the SaaS industry
- Experience developing and/or executing technical requirements for software development or SaaS implementations
- Experience writing and/or maintaining documentation
- Understanding and knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods
- Experience providing quality assurance services
