Salary: USD 116,400 - 145,500 / annual
Oscar Medical Group is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Physician Assistants to join the Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) team. The VHA program outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in evaluation and management visits. You will deliver high-quality care in a virtual setting, using prescriptive authority within a collaborative practice agreement with physicians on the care team. You'll leverage remote diagnostic tools, home monitoring equipment, and remote physical exam capabilities to assess patients. The role involves following up on labs and imaging, maintaining closed-loop communication with patients and providers, and participating in a collaborative care model with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.
You will participate in required meetings including huddles, case conferencing, and service line all-hands. You may also be cross-trained to support Virtual Urgent Care and other Oscar Medical Group teams. The position offers full-time 5-day (8-hour) schedules with day and evening shifts available (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM). While work is completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. You report to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.

**Requirements:**
- DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
- Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC)
- 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
- 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
- Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States; must have FL license (TX and/or GA licenses preferred)
- Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken Spanish
**Bonus Points:**
- Compact RN license (if an APRN)
- Experience working with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools
- Ability and willingness to obtain additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states
