Ramp is building intelligent financial infrastructure for enterprise companies, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ organizations. This role is a Technical Consultant focused exclusively on Enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud, serving as the primary liaison between complex, high-impact customers and Ramp's internal technical teams. You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for Enterprise accounts, designing solutions that address customer needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You'll partner with Customer Activation, Account Management, Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and build financial solutions that enable customers to scale with Ramp. Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary technical advisor for Enterprise Oracle Cloud accounts with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments; assessing customer requirements and proposing scalable solutions involving Oracle Cloud integration, HRIS, and APIs; collaborating on technical discovery to understand customer Oracle Cloud environments and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture; troubleshooting Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guiding customers through complex configuration decisions; and influencing Ramp's product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams. You'll define customer financial and technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion, represent Product, Design, and Engineering externally, and operate with deep conviction about Ramp's technical capabilities. The role requires strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field; 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role (ideally SaaS or fintech); 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models; comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture; strong communication skills translating complex technical solutions into business value; collaborative mindset working cross-functionally; exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with bias toward action; ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
