Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform transforming how organizations manage agreements. As a Technical Adoption Architect, you'll be a product expert and strategic advisor guiding enterprise customers through their implementation and adoption journey.
You'll partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive customer success from pre-sales requirements gathering through proof-of-value, strategic roadmapping, phased implementation, and activation. Your core responsibilities include validating product-solution fit, designing and configuring customers' contracting processes in Ironclad (workflows, templates, integrations), and owning high-value customer use cases end-to-end.
A key aspect of this role is providing expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation. You'll act as a trusted advisor helping customers safely and effectively integrate AI throughout their contracting lifecycle—explaining what AI can and cannot do in practice, identifying risks and controls, and translating capabilities into practical workflows.
You'll build deep relationships across customers' complex organizational structures (Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, executives), navigate stakeholder alignment, identify adoption risks, and help customers navigate organizational change. You'll lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, articulating clear value and tradeoffs. You'll also serve as the voice of the customer inside Ironclad, feeding product insights and expertise to the Product team.
This role requires 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies. You need strong consultative discovery skills, the ability to validate fit and make prescriptive recommendations in ambiguous situations, and practical AI fluency. You should connect technical decisions to customer value and adoption outcomes, establish meaningful customer relationships, and navigate enterprise complexity with confidence. The role is hybrid (minimum twice weekly office attendance in San Francisco, Chicago, or New York City area).
