Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the West region, you'll be the primary technical and strategic advisor for a book of up to 15 customers, guiding them through their entire Wiz journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
You'll serve as the bridge between customers and Wiz's internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support), ensuring seamless collaboration and cohesive customer experiences. Your responsibilities include:
**Technical Leadership & Expertise**: Act as a trusted cloud security expert, confidently navigating customers through Wiz deployment, configuration, and operationalization. You'll be the primary technical contact for your customer base, solving technical questions and issues via email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets. You'll continuously monitor emerging cloud security threats and stay current on new Wiz features.
**Drive Adoption & Value Realization**: Develop success plans with measurable goals aligned to customers' security and compliance objectives. Proactively lead customers toward full platform adoption, help them project-manage Wiz operationalization across business units, and unblock adoption by resolving people, process, and technology issues. Track and report progress through executive-friendly communications and quarterly business reviews.
**Customer Advocacy**: Understand and represent customer needs to internal stakeholders. Capture feature requests and adoption blockers, then liaise with Product and Engineering to determine priorities and alternative solutions.
**Business Management**: Manage your book of business toward utilization and adoption targets. Identify and action on risks (satisfaction, churn, renewal, tenant health). Develop close relationships with key customer contacts from C-level to practitioners, and identify expansion opportunities in partnership with sales and renewals teams.
This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud security, excellent customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic guidance with hands-on technical problem-solving.
