You will lead the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans designed to maximize business outcomes and ensure long-term success. The role requires regular on-site engagement with accounts for key milestones, with potential for up to 50% travel during busy periods. You may work with public sector accounts requiring security clearance, alongside other accounts across the UK or Europe. You must demonstrate a proven track record of building trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, synthesizing complex issues for varied audiences. Strategic problem-solving, collaborative mindset, and flexibility for client on-site work are essential. Fluency in German is required.
