As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Bangalore, you will join Rippling's Global TAM team to support rapidly scaling customers across India and the wider APAC region. You will own key admin relationships, develop account strategies, and drive product adoption while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention for a book of business based in India and APAC - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the TAM team, providing support to customers expanding into Singapore and India - Foster cross-functional partnerships and represent the Voice of the Customer for APAC needs - Drive adoption of key features, new product releases, and best practices - Prioritize and resolve critical customer issues with urgency - Act as the dedicated Rippling liaison for customer questions, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with customers to optimize their HR, payroll, benefits, and IT workflows - Master the full Rippling product suite to provide comprehensive advice You will work with a customer-obsessed mindset, taking ownership of turning customers into long-term champions while providing impeccable service. Requirements: - 3+ years of work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing role - Experience with payroll strongly preferred; bonus points for HRIS or other HR/HCM SaaS experience - Excellent time management, task prioritization, and adaptability - Proven experience managing a scaled book of business - Track record of building strong customer relationships - Stellar written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities - Passion for enabling both customers and internal teams - Interest in actively working with product and engineering teams
