HUMAN is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its customer success organization and drive long-term customer value and retention. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact for customers while ensuring they maximize the value of HUMAN's security platform.
In this role, you will own the complete customer lifecycle—from onboarding and enablement through expansion and renewal. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building deep partnerships with key stakeholders, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will run executive business reviews with customers and internal leadership, educate customers on HUMAN's enterprise security products (Bot Defender, Code Defender, Credential Intelligence, Account Defender), and create enablement materials.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Support, R&D, Finance, Product, and executive leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences. A critical part of your role is serving as the voice of the customer internally—proactively gathering feedback, surfacing risks and opportunities, and advocating for customer needs in product and service decisions.
