ClickUp is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by fostering strategic relationships with small to mid-market clients and dedicated accounts. This role bridges technical expertise and customer success in a fast-paced, AI-native SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing engagement plans for a diverse client portfolio, conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. You will serve as a product expert, advising customers on leveraging ClickUp's features to streamline workflows and solve complex business challenges. The role requires analyzing customer product usage data and translating it into actionable recommendations, conducting ROI analyses to showcase tangible benefits, and proactively engaging with customers to evaluate progress and uncover new opportunities.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Support) to establish clear business goals, success metrics, and timelines. The ideal candidate excels in a startup setting, prioritizes customer experience, leads by example, and contributes to the development and optimization of regional and global operational processes.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing SaaS role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments, and understanding of industry-specific workflows in services, software development, marketing, and PMO. Experience with Customer Success SaaS technology (CRM, Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Apollo, Front) is preferred. You must be able to operate within regional time zones and demonstrate a positive, self-driven, proactive, and empathetic attitude.
