Certora is hiring a Technical Account Manager to own the full customer lifecycle for blockchain security and formal verification services. You will be the single point of contact for assigned accounts, responsible for customer discovery, technical scoping, proposal development, and ongoing relationship management.
Key responsibilities include: conducting customer discovery to understand security needs, timing, and decision processes; collaborating with the Security Labs team to establish credible technical scope and delivery plans; developing and closing proposals while negotiating within company guidelines; managing onboarding and handoff to delivery teams; and maintaining ongoing account relationships to identify risks early and develop future opportunities.
You will operate autonomously while coordinating with leadership, Security Labs, and Finance teams. You'll maintain account information in Salesforce and ensure customers receive quality, timely delivery on commitments.
The ideal candidate has personal experience closing technical B2B deals, strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders. You should be highly organized, able to follow through independently, and comfortable making risks visible early. Experience in cybersecurity, formal verification, blockchain, developer tools, or technical professional services is valued.
