This role leads an autonomous team of software engineers in the R&D department, specifically focused on CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions. You will manage and develop a team of engineers working closely with product management to achieve business goals, with a hands-on leadership style that combines technical authority with people development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and growing a team of software engineers
- Collaborating with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams
- Providing technical authority through hands-on leadership
- Overseeing design, development, architecture, code quality, and production deployment
- Focusing on team development and engineering best practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years as a server-side developer (full-stack: DB to UI)
- Strong C# expertise (mandatory)
- 3+ years with advanced SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- 2+ years of managerial experience (mandatory)
- Broad OOP and design patterns knowledge
- Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous communication (Queues/Streams)
- Passion for managing and growing people
- Strong engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, agile)
Desirable experience includes frontend technologies (Angular, React), messaging queues (RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka), Redis, ORM frameworks (Entity Framework), microservices architecture, and SaaS platforms in cloud environments.
