Kong is hiring an ADR Team Lead to support the NEMEA region (UK, Benelux, and Nordics). This is a player-coach role where you'll carry your own pipeline targets while actively developing the team around you, particularly newer ADRs ramping into the role. You'll report to the Senior Manager for NEMEA and work closely with the broader GTM motion. The team is already strong and driven—what they need is someone who sharpens how the team operates around process and tooling while ensuring newer reps get the support to ramp quickly. Key responsibilities include: - Carrying your own ADR number and hitting pipeline targets, setting the standard through your own activity and results - Supporting newer ADRs as a first point of contact, running 1:1s, helping with onboarding, and building individual development plans - Coaching and upskilling the team through live dialling, pitch practice, feedback loops, and sharing best practices - Sharpening process and tooling—identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting improvements in Salesforce, Outreach, and automation tools - Contributing to the wider GTM motion through alignment with AE partners, pipe reviews, and regional performance updates Your manager, Oscar Winberg, moves fast and sets a high bar. He expects solutions, not problems flagged; directness and pushback backed by data; and someone who can run with real ownership once trust is earned. He won't hand-hold, so this suits someone who thrives with autonomy. The NEMEA team operates in mature markets with a heavy outbound emphasis. The philosophy is "we don't book meetings, we build pipeline"—patient, precise, persistent pipeline gardening where you earn entry by knowing the landscape better than the prospect. Requirements: - Hands-on ADR or SDR experience; you know this job from the inside - A genuine coach's instinct—you get energy from making other people better, not just hitting your own number - Ability to juggle competing priorities (your quota, coaching, process work) without dropping the ball - Strong time management (screened directly) - Bias for building—you spot what needs fixing and go build it - Analytical rigor—you make calls based on data and can explain why numbers move, including when they move the wrong way - Track record of top-tier performance on both discipline (activity, sequence execution, pipeline hygiene) and results, quarter over quarter - Real trust with AE and RD partners earned through consistency - Transparency with leadership, especially when something isn't on track - Presence the team looks up to, not just reports to - Comfort in an allbound model with heavy outbound emphasis - Self-awareness and genuine investment in growing as a leader - Language skills relevant to UK, Benelux, or Nordics are a bonus, not required
