The Tax team ensures global compliance across sales taxes, deal structuring, reporting obligations, and strategic tax optimization. You will join as a Tax Specialist to lead tax practice across the EMEA region, working closely with the Tax Manager to support global tax compliance and strategy for a high-growth organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research and analyze direct and indirect tax matters across EMEA, APAC, and Middle East jurisdictions, providing tailored advice
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities to optimize the company's tax position
- Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate tax provisioning
- Support tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, collaborating with third-party providers and local finance teams
- Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives, and exemptions
- Work with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure proper application of taxation laws
- Collaborate with external advisors to validate tax criteria and streamline processes
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on tax implications of business decisions
This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, international environment where you will demonstrate ownership and proactivity supporting the company's expansion into new markets. You will be the regional expert responsible for complex, multi-jurisdictional tax matters.
