Bright Machines is seeking a Senior Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join its Guadalajara office. The company manufactures AI and data center infrastructure at the edge, combining software, intelligent automation, and data to deliver quality and flexibility at scale.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider, overseeing all payroll-related payments and banking transactions. You will lead Mexico's inventory accounting processes, including month and year-end close activities, and support annual audit activities. The position involves constant interaction with Finance, HR, Supply Chain teams, and external auditors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll administration and ensuring accurate, timely processing of employee payments
- Overseeing payroll-related banking transactions and reconciliations
- Leading inventory accounting processes specific to Mexico operations
- Coordinating month-end and year-end close procedures
- Supporting external audit activities and compliance requirements
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams
This is an individual contributor role with significant operational scope and responsibility for critical financial processes. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, payroll expertise, and experience working in Mexico's regulatory environment.
