The Tax team ensures global compliance across sales taxes, deal structuring, reporting obligations, and strategic tax optimization. You will join as Tax Specialist for the APAC and Middle East regions, working closely with the Tax Manager to support the company's high-growth expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research and analyze direct and indirect tax matters across APAC and Middle East jurisdictions, providing tailored advice
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities for new market entries and business activities
- Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage tax provisioning
- Support tax audits and inquiries from authorities in collaboration with third-party providers and local finance teams
- Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives, and exemptions
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure proper application of tax laws
- Work with external advisors to validate tax criteria and optimize processes
