Salary: USD 68,000 - 77,000 / annual

SRS Acquiom is a Denver-based financial services platform that helps deal parties manage complex M&A and loan agency transactions. The company supports over 11,500 transactions globally and operates offices across North America and Europe. As a Tax Operations Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting across the full lifecycle of investor payments. You will receive and validate individual tax documents, identify payments requiring additional withholding or reporting instructions, and interpret data from multiple sources to resolve discrepancies before payment is made. Throughout the year, you will validate deal-level tax reporting data to support accurate generation of year-end tax forms for sophisticated investors. Given the confidential and sensitive nature of communications involved, discretion is essential. Key responsibilities include: - Receive, validate, and route individual tax documents appropriately - Identify shareholder payments requiring additional withholding or reporting instruction prior to payment - Validate deal-level tax reporting data throughout the year for accurate year-end tax form generation - Interpret data from multiple sources to identify and resolve discrepancies - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and exceed service level agreements - Meet unique client-specific fulfillment requests and track items as needed - Participate in planning of long- and short-term departmental objectives The role offers flexibility in work location. If you live within a 20-mile radius of the Denver office, you will be classified as hybrid (1 day/week in office starting September 8, 2026; 2 days/week starting February 1, 2027). If you live outside this radius, you will be fully remote with three in-person visits to Denver headquarters per year on average. You must be located in Mountain (MST) or Central (CST) time zones or have the ability to work those business hours. Standard business hours apply, with longer hours and possible weekend work expected in December, January, and February. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in financial services - Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple transactions simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - High degree of discretion essential due to confidential, sensitive communications - Self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently with high autonomy and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail - Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
