Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to lead the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) function and drive a strategic transformation initiative. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation and focuses on building a touchless, AI-enabled O2C operating model that connects quote-to-cash processes across global operations.
You will define and deliver the global O2C vision, establish a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with strategic KPIs, and lead the adoption of automation and AI agents across order validation, invoicing, revenue recognition, cash application, collections, and dunning workflows. The role involves standardizing processes and systems globally, harmonizing O2C operations across regions, and partnering with Business Systems teams on ERP, CPQ, billing, and AR platform roadmaps.
Key responsibilities include building SOX-ready automated controls, maintaining contract and billing data alignment with ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements, and preparing the function for global e-invoicing and indirect tax mandates. You will drive cross-functional adoption and alignment across Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Tax, IT, Order Processing, and Revenue Operations teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years in finance operations, O2C, finance transformation, or advisory, including at least 4 years leading global O2C or quote-to-cash transformation programs
- Proven experience delivering process automation in finance operations, with exposure to RPA, AI, agentic workflows, and their governance
- Recent experience in B2B SaaS subscription businesses, with working knowledge of multi-year, ramped, and usage-based billing models
- Hands-on delivery across at least 3 instances of end-to-end ERP, billing, or AR automation implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, HighRadius) from requirements through cutover and hypercare
- Solid understanding of SOX 404 controls design, including automated controls, and ASC 606 revenue recognition as it relates to contract and billing data
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and communicate complex trade-offs clearly to senior executives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience designing or operating Salesforce CPQ
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering billing systems
- Knowledge or operational experience in revenue recognition
