The Tax Manager will join Rapyd's Global Tax team in Tel Aviv, playing a central role in managing the company's complex global tax compliance and international tax strategy. This is a hands-on position requiring deep expertise in multi-jurisdictional tax matters, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions. Key responsibilities include: • Managing global tax compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and other reporting obligations • Supporting international tax planning and analysis, including transfer pricing studies, permanent establishment risk assessments, intercompany arrangements, and cross-border structuring • Partnering with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders on cross-border transactions to optimize tax outcomes and support business growth • Reviewing tax calculations, provisions, disclosures, and documentation for financial reporting accuracy • Managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities in Israel and other jurisdictions • Monitoring developments in Israeli and international tax legislation, including OECD initiatives, and assessing business impact • Contributing to the development of tax processes, controls, and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of tax experience, ideally with exposure to international tax matters, transfer pricing, or fintech/payments industry experience.
