Salary: EUR 25,800 - 58,100 / annual

Remote is a global HR platform that helps organizations recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. This Tax Analyst role sits within the Finance – Tax team, reporting to the International Tax Manager. You will handle corporate tax compliance work across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, including filings, supporting documentation, and payments for all Remote group entities worldwide. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting in the control of corporate tax compliance tasks (filings, documentation, payments) for Remote group companies globally • Working with tax advisors to prepare and submit corporate tax reports and returns • Analyzing sensitive corporate tax topics (compliance issues and tax planning) internally and with external partners • Ensuring sustainable compliance with tax authorities in all jurisdictions where Remote operates • Analyzing and discussing risk positions that arise in corporate tax compliance • Supporting the team in tax audits and inspections worldwide • Monitoring changes in tax law across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA, APAC, North America, Central and South America) You will receive mentorship from the International Tax Manager with room to grow into cross-border tax expertise. The role offers exposure to major international tax shifts and meaningful work beyond routine filings, including audits, risk analysis, and tax planning. Remote operates asynchronously with flexible working hours and a globally distributed workforce across 6 continents. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Post-Graduate or Master's degree in Taxation preferred • At least 4 years of aggregate experience in corporate tax compliance (corporate income taxes, withholding taxes on payroll, withholding taxes on local and cross-border services); consultancy background considered a plus • Proven advisory and compliance experience across direct taxes, both local and cross-border, including working knowledge of transfer pricing rules and tax treaties • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail • Knowledge of recent updates in corporate tax compliance topics (e.g., OECD Pillars 1 & 2, Digital Service Taxes) • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders • Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages a plus • Remote work experience considered a plus but not required
