You will join Crusoe's Finance team as an embedded strategic and operational partner to Manufacturing leadership, reporting to the Director of Finance, Manufacturing. - Act as the primary financial advisor and hands-on partner to Manufacturing leadership, providing data-driven insights on strategic and operational decisions.
- Deliver robust modeling and scenario analysis for new initiatives, capacity planning, customer profitability, and market expansion.
- Translate operational drivers such as production efficiency, utilization, and uptime into P&L impacts and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with corporate accounting to establish standard costing frameworks, manage inventory valuation, track variances, and deliver insights on cost drivers.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency.
- Design new processes required by business growth and improve existing ones in collaboration with Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, Accounting, Data Center, and Cloud teams. The role is based in the Denver office with at least two days per week at manufacturing locations in Arvada and Brighton. Some light travel is required.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years supporting a business unit P&L.
- Strong manufacturing finance background with working knowledge of cost accounting.
- Capital budgeting and resource planning experience.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including driver-based models, sensitivity analyses, and complex operational scenarios.
- Strong business acumen connecting financial analysis to operational and strategic levers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights and executive-ready narratives.
- Proven track record of working with and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-intensity environments managing multiple priorities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Oracle, SAP) and financial planning or BI tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with project management and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience. MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus.
- Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environments strongly preferred.
