Gigs is building an operating system for mobile services—a platform that enables tech companies to embed global connectivity into their products. The company has ~150 people across the US and Europe, backed by ~$100M in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator, and is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the space.
You will be the go-to Talent Partner for Gigs' International Growth (GTM) team, reporting to the Head of Talent. Your mission is to help scale the team while protecting and raising talent density—identifying future stars and hiring people who make the whole team better. You will work hand-in-hand with GTM leaders, Product, Implementations, Marketing, and cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth, from first touch through signed offer and onboarding handover
- Set and maintain a clear talent bar; calibrate rigorously and hold the line on quality
- Source proactively: map markets globally, create targeted outreach, and convert top performers who are not actively looking
- Use funnel metrics, win-loss analysis, and market intelligence to shape hiring decisions and headcount planning
- Design great candidate experiences: clear communication, fast feedback loops, structured interviews, and sharp debriefs
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, sharpen scorecards, tune tools, and strengthen employer brand
Gigs values in-person collaboration and expects regular time in one of their hubs, plus occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and the bi-annual company off-site (Gigs Republic). The company offers competitive compensation, stock options, home office stipends, learning and development budget, and a free phone with international data plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Staff-level recruiter or Talent Partner with deep GTM full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven track record of hiring top performers
- Talent density mindset: high taste, clear judgment, and the backbone to hold the line on standards
- Operator energy: experience in high-growth tech environments where the bar is high and pace is fast
- GTM fluency: understanding of quota, pipeline, product-led motions, and the nuances of sales and growth hiring
- Data-driven and decisive: use metrics to diagnose, improve, and forecast, then act
- Excellent communicator: crisp writing, strong stakeholder management, and a candidate-first approach
- Builder at heart: take ownership, fix what is broken, and leave systems better than you found them
