Salary: USD 292,000 - 365,000 / annual

You will lead and scale Apollo's Talent Acquisition function as a critical member of the executive team. This role encompasses building a high-performing global recruiting organization, implementing AI-powered recruiting strategies, and serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and scaling the TA function to support rapid growth across R&D, go-to-market, and G&A business units - Designing and executing a global recruiting strategy leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency, quality, and candidate experience - Building and mentoring a high-performing TA team with a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability - Partnering with the executive team to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting priorities with business objectives - Establishing and tracking key recruiting metrics to measure performance and drive data-driven decision making - Collaborating with Marketing and People teams to enhance employer brand and attract top-tier talent - Implementing scalable recruiting operations, tools, and systems for seamless hiring processes The ideal candidate combines deep talent acquisition expertise with a passion for innovation and automation. San Francisco Bay Area candidates are strongly preferred due to proximity to the executive team. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startup - Proven track record of scaling TA functions in late-stage startups or unicorn-stage companies, ideally with PLG and SMB go-to-market experience - Deep familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and demonstrated track record of using technology to improve recruiting outcomes - Experience managing global recruiting teams and hiring across technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles - Strong operational mindset with expertise in recruiting metrics, process design, and systems implementation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels - Strategic thinker with bias for action and hands-on approach to execution
