Harmony is hiring its first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale the recruiting function for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Harmony provides AI-powered service agents deployed in Slack and Microsoft Teams, handling IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal requests with a 70% no-touch resolution rate. This is a founding recruiting role with significant scope and autonomy. You will own full-cycle recruiting for US Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), building the systems, processes, and hiring standards that will define the company's growth. You'll report directly to the executive team and have real influence over how the organization scales across the US, EMEA, and Israel. Key Responsibilities: - Run full-cycle GTM recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer strategy, and close. This is a hands-on sourcing role, not purely coordination. - Build and maintain outbound sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, reducing agency dependency by developing in-house sourcing capability. - Manage the ATS as the single source of truth: pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, reporting, and candidate data integrity. - Design and implement structured interview processes: scorecards, competency frameworks, interview loops, and debrief formats. - Enable hiring managers through training and coaching to interview effectively and maintain consistent hiring bar. - Define and report on recruiting metrics: time to fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, quality of hire. - Implement the recruiting tooling stack (ATS, sourcing, scheduling, assessment tools). - Partner with G&A and GTM leadership on headcount planning, role scoping, and compensation calibration. - Bring market intelligence to the business regarding competitive positioning and candidate expectations. - Support People Ops initiatives: new hire onboarding, first-90-days experience, HRIS hygiene, policy documentation, employee lifecycle workflows, and internal communications. - Contribute to employer brand: careers page, job posts, candidate-facing content, and market positioning. - Collaborate with EMEA and Israel teams on cross-regional hiring and people initiatives. Requirements: - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house at a startup or high-growth technology company. - Demonstrated Go-to-Market recruiting experience: proven ability to fill Sales (AE, SDR, Sales Engineering), Customer Success, or Marketing roles with understanding of how to evaluate for these functions. - Proven outbound sourcing skills: ability to build pipelines from scratch, write effective outreach, and not rely solely on inbound applications. - Hands-on ATS ownership (Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar): experience configuring workflows, not just working within pre-built systems. - Track record of building recruiting process and systems: introduced scorecards, redesigned interview loops, or established reporting infrastructure. - Strong hiring manager partnership skills: ability to run effective intake meetings, challenge vague requirements, and maintain hiring bar under pressure. - Comfort with ambiguity and full ownership: no recruiting coordinator, sourcing team, or existing playbook provided. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work from NYC office 4 days per week. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience at early-stage B2B SaaS company (Seed-Series B), ideally as founding recruiter. - Operations-minded skill set or prior People Ops / HR generalist experience (onboarding, HRIS administration, policy, people programs). - Experience supporting international teams, particularly EMEA / Israel, with comfort across time zones and hiring norms. - Familiarity with US multi-state hiring compliance: pay transparency laws, EEO, and offer practices. - Experience with compensation benchmarking and structuring competitive offers, including equity conversations.
