As a Talent Partner focused on Go-To-Market functions, you will play a hands-on role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring world-class talent to support the business as it scales globally. Reporting to the Talent Lead for GTM & Customer functions, you will execute recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the caliber of Halter's product and culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from sourcing and screening through interviews, assessment centers, and offer coordination
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles through proactive sourcing across multiple channels
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and key success profiles
- Provide guidance on hiring processes and help managers run smooth, effective, and inclusive recruitment cycles
- Deliver exceptional, consistent candidate experience at every stage, reflecting company culture and values
- Maintain the ATS and recruitment workflows to keep hiring efficient and organized
- Track and share key metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback
- Support initiatives around internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools as the company scales
- Support ad-hoc responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving growth environment

Requirements:
- 2+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions
- Strategic business partner mindset: ability to operate at executive level and day-to-day hiring excellence
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments without compromising talent quality
- Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels; ability to identify top talent globally
- Strong reporting and data skills; ability to track, analyze, and present key hiring metrics
- Familiarity with employment laws, immigration requirements, and compliance across New Zealand
- High emotional intelligence with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes strong ownership
