Salary: USD 105,000 - 174,000 / annual
xAI is seeking a Growth Recruiter to join the Human Data team and lead high-volume sourcing efforts to attract top-tier talent. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for priority requisitions, leveraging data-driven approaches to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and meet aggressive hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop high-volume sourcing strategies to match top talent to open roles at speed
- Manage full-cycle hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for both high-volume and niche roles across all available channels
- Leverage data to optimize candidate ROI, increase conversion rates, streamline processes, and monitor recruitment pace to meet ambitious targets
- Create frameworks to analyze the talent market and align sourcing strategies with company needs
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, from initial outreach to offer acceptance

Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions with measurable results
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including expertise in challenging closes, stakeholder management, and building internal partnerships
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Palo Alto, CA area; remote work is also possible
- Must be based in one of the following countries where xAI has offices: United States, Dubai, Ireland, United Kingdom, Japan, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Philippines, or Singapore
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS to manage high-volume recruitment workflows
- Proven success supporting hiring events and analyzing post-event ROI
- Familiarity with talent attraction techniques and market trends
- Experience recruiting at high-growth startups, building scalable talent acquisition solutions
- Expertise hiring across STEM, finance, humanities, creative, and multilingual fields
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Outcome-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments
