Rubrik is seeking a senior Talent Partner to lead hiring for the G&A organization (Finance, Legal, People, IT, Business Operations) in India. This is a senior individual-contributor role based in Bengaluru, working hybrid.
You will own full life-cycle recruitment for Rubrik's most complex and senior G&A searches in India, including leadership hires and scarce specialist roles. You'll be among the most senior recruiters on the India Talent Acquisition team, partnering with functional leaders and their global counterparts, and setting the standard for how full life-cycle recruiting should be done.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full life-cycle recruitment for complex and senior G&A searches in India
- Advise Senior Manager and above stakeholders on hiring strategy, driving leveling decisions, team composition, and location choices
- Design and run sourcing strategies across channels using competitive intelligence to engage passive talent
- Build diverse pipelines structurally into every search, involving interview panels in sourcing and evidencing outcomes
- Bring internal talent and mobility into conversations with business partners, treating early-career and internal-promotion paths as real options
- Lead a Talent Acquisition initiative (candidate experience, interviewer calibration, reporting, or process improvement) and pull the team into it
- Set the bar on tools and process by modeling best practice in the ATS, teaching peers, and challenging how the team works when there's a better way

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, with several years owning senior and leadership hiring for G&A or corporate functions
- Record of independently running complex searches to close across more than one function or business unit
- Credibility with senior stakeholders—evidence that your talent recommendations changed a hiring decision, a level, or an org design
- Fluency with market and competitive intelligence data, with judgment to forecast a search with reliable accuracy
- Advanced command of an ATS and sourcing stack, at the level where peers come to you for guidance
- Persuasive communication under pressure: ability to close a senior candidate and reframe a panel's view of a profile in the same week
- Deep knowledge of the Indian talent market across cities and functions
