As a Talent Partner (Data), you will be a strategic recruiter focused on building world-class teams within the Data organization. You will partner with senior Data leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier talent across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Bioinformatics roles. Your responsibilities include:
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior Data leaders, offering consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategies aligned with ambitious growth goals
- Source and engage passive candidates, building robust pipelines for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Bioinformatics roles
- Organize and launch candidate searches, utilizing all applicable resources to build initial candidate lists
- Conduct in-depth research and provide guidance on hiring strategies in partnership with hiring managers
- Manage highly sought-after candidates through robust interview processes, prepping and guiding them through progression
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences from initial application through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Employ sophisticated sourcing methods including social media, specialized online resources, and industry events
- Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies, track progress, and drive outcomes
- Collaborate with People Partners, Technical Program Managers, and hiring teams on cohesive hiring and onboarding approaches
- Lead and contribute to talent acquisition projects including employer branding initiatives, events, interview training, and reporting
- Champion inclusion in hiring practices to build diverse teams
- Continuously learn and adapt to evolving technical and recruitment landscapes
**Requirements:**
- Depth of experience as an internal talent partner hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Bioinformatics within a high-pace tech company
- Demonstrated responsibility for organizing and launching candidate searches and building initial candidate lists
- Experience conducting in-depth research and providing guidance on hiring strategies in partnership with managers
- Proven ability to work closely with technical stakeholders across Data departments
- Experience managing highly sought-after candidates through thorough interview processes
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing cross-functional insights
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to collect and interpret data, identify alternatives, and seek responsibilities beyond the job description
- Demonstrated efficiency in evolving and improving recruitment lifecycle processes while maintaining high-quality candidate experience
**Nice to Have:**
- Exposure or knowledge of life science hiring
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Experience with G-suite
The role requires hybrid working with 3 days per week in the London office (currently Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day depending on team assignment).
