Rubrik is seeking a Talent Partner to lead hiring for the G&A organization in India. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on full life-cycle recruitment for complex and senior G&A searches, including Finance, Legal, People, IT, and Business Operations functions.
You will run the most challenging G&A searches independently while advising VPs on leveling, location, and organizational structure. As one of the most senior recruiters in Rubrik's Bengaluru office, you'll partner with functional leaders and their global counterparts, setting the standard for the wider Talent Partner team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full life-cycle recruitment for complex and senior G&A searches in India, including leadership hires and specialist roles
- Advise Senior Manager and above stakeholders on hiring strategy, driving leveling decisions, team composition, and location choices
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across channels using competitive intelligence to engage passive talent
- Build diverse pipelines structurally into every search, involving interview panels in sourcing and tracking outcomes
- Incorporate internal talent and mobility into business partner conversations, treating early-career and internal-promotion paths as viable options
- Lead a Talent Acquisition initiative with lasting impact—such as candidate experience, interviewer calibration, reporting, or process improvement—and engage the team
- Model best practices with tools and processes, teaching peers and challenging workflows when better approaches exist

Requirements:
- 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, with several years owning senior and leadership hiring for G&A or corporate functions
- Proven record of independently running complex searches to close across multiple functions or business units
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, demonstrated by changing hiring decisions, levels, or organizational design through talent recommendations
- Fluency with market and competitive intelligence data, with reliable search forecasting judgment
- Advanced command of an ATS and sourcing stack, at a level where peers seek your guidance
- Persuasive communication under pressure—ability to close senior candidates and reframe panel perspectives in the same week
- Deep knowledge of the Indian talent market across cities and functions
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience building or scaling G&A hiring at a public or recently public technology company
- Leadership of a cross-functional TA initiative with measurable results
- Partnership with HR and Finance on headcount and location planning
