Rogo is an AI-powered analytics platform transforming global finance by serving investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms. The company has achieved product-market fit with a rapidly growing global client base and backing from world-class investors. You will own the systems, data, and workflows that enable Rogo's Talent team to operate effectively and provide leadership with clear visibility into hiring progress, capacity, and trade-offs. This is a hands-on builder role requiring you to move fluidly between configuring the ATS, diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, modeling recruiting capacity, and rolling out improved processes with hiring managers. Key responsibilities include: - Own and manage Rogo's recruiting systems, including Ashby configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, permissions, and data quality. Make tools easier to use and ensure they reflect actual hiring practices. - Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across sourcing, candidate communications, interview preparation, feedback collection, and reporting. Design, test, and roll out workflows that reduce manual work while improving speed, quality, and candidate experience. - Build dashboards and analyses covering funnel conversion, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance, and recruiter throughput. Identify bottlenecks and recommend changes. - Develop recruiting capacity models that translate hiring plans into realistic resourcing recommendations, accounting for role complexity, recruiter capacity, backfills, and shifting priorities. - Partner with Finance and People to reconcile approved roles, hiring progress, and expected start dates, surfacing gaps and trade-offs early. - Improve the end-to-end hiring process by building clear, practical workflows for opening roles, running interviews, collecting feedback, approving offers, and onboarding transitions. - Create documentation and training for recruiters and hiring managers with clear ownership and exception handling. You will work closely with Talent, Finance, and People teams to make hiring more predictable, maintain data integrity, and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations, or related role, with experience building systems and processes in a fast-growing company - Hands-on ATS ownership, ideally Ashby, including configuration, reporting, and workflow design (not just recruiter usage) - Strong analytical skills, including experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data - Ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear analyses, explain implications, and recommend practical next steps - Strong operational judgment: knowing when processes need more structure versus simplification - Ability to work across Talent, Finance, People, and hiring teams, build alignment, and follow through on changes - Attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and genuine interest in improving hiring for candidates and interviewers
