Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Talent Operations Manager to architect and build an AI-enabled talent acquisition function. This is a strategic operations role focused on deploying reliable, production-grade AI workflows that deliver measurable recruiting outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - AI Architecture & Delivery: Own the roadmap from workflow design and prototyping through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. Make build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions for recruiting technology. - Conversational AI: Deploy hiring-team and candidate-facing agents for requisition intake, process guidance, scheduling, and status updates, with authorized system actions and human handoffs. - Recruiting Infrastructure: Own system configuration, integrations, data quality, documentation, and vendor performance. Reduce administrative overhead and consolidate unnecessary tools. - Analytics & Planning: Partner with Finance on workforce planning. Track on-time hiring against fill dates, recruiter capacity, user experience, costs, and AI impact metrics. - Team Enablement: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, the Digital Innovation Group, and IT to build practical AI capabilities and transition prototypes into adopted, supported workflows. - Responsible Deployment: Establish testing, monitoring, access controls, data protection, accessibility, and fairness safeguards while preserving human accountability for hiring decisions. About Re:Build: Re:Build operates an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform partnering with industrial companies and innovators to scale production in aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics. The company is revitalizing America's manufacturing base and creating meaningful jobs, particularly in historically deindustrialized regions. All employees share ownership and participate in financial rewards. Requirements: - Expert-level experience personally delivering multiple AI-enabled workflows into sustained production use, including recruiting applications, with measurable results. - Production experience with conversational agents, trusted knowledge sources, connected systems, multi-step tasks, and human escalation patterns. - Hands-on fluency with APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development; ability to build independently and guide technical partners. - Strong recruiting operations, analytics, and change-management expertise with judgment to distinguish technology needs from process or capacity issues. - Demonstrated delivery and production reliability matter more than years using a particular AI product. Valuable Experience: - Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, Clay, LinkedIn Recruiter, Textio, or Criteria (tool-specific experience does not substitute for demonstrated AI implementation expertise). - Background in manufacturing, engineering, skilled-trades, or multi-business recruiting.
