Lendbuzz is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across multiple regions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership and hiring managers, guiding selection strategy, market alignment, and candidate assessment throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own end-to-end recruiting for sales roles from requisition opening through signed offer, while supporting the broader Corporate TA team on cross-functional roles as needed
• Act as a consultative talent advisor to regional sales leadership, providing guidance on selection strategy, market alignment, and candidate assessment
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels to attract and build pipelines of top-tier passive candidates
• Evaluate incoming applicants, curate high-caliber shortlists, and maintain meticulous candidate tracking within the ATS
• Conduct comprehensive recruiter screens assessing technical qualifications, sales track record, communication skills, and organizational fit
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and panel logistics, ensuring a frictionless candidate experience
• Clearly articulate complex sales compensation models including base salary, on-target earning (OTE), commission structures, and mileage reimbursement
• Extend, negotiate, and close competitive offers while delivering high-touch candidate experience
• Maintain transparent, proactive communication with hiring teams through regular pipeline reports and actionable solutions
• Partner with Corporate TA leadership to refine intake workflows, streamline sales hiring operations, and contribute to quarterly headcount planning

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience with proven track record managing multiple requisitions in high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong expertise sourcing and hiring sales talent with intuitive understanding of sales competencies, performance metrics, and candidate motivation
• Background or familiarity within automotive finance, dealership sales, or financial services strongly preferred
• Proficiency with enterprise applicant tracking systems; direct hands-on experience with Lever is a plus
• Familiarity with complex sales compensation models including commission tiers and OTE calculations, with ability to explain clearly to candidates
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build credibility quickly and influence hiring leaders at all levels
• Highly organized and self-directed with track record of driving multiple regional searches simultaneously while proactively identifying pipeline risks
