You will own end-to-end talent acquisition for the Operations function, which includes Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Operations teams. You'll manage a small team of Talent Partners within Operations while driving high-volume hiring across these areas. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining repeatable, scalable hiring processes that keep pipelines moving quickly without compromising candidate or hiring manager experience
- Acting as a strategic business partner to operations leaders, using data and insight to guide stakeholder conversations and influence hiring decisions
- Adapting processes as the business scales and priorities shift in a fast-paced environment
- Leveraging AI and automation to streamline hiring workflows and continuously improve efficiency
- Developing creative sourcing strategies to identify untapped talent pools and channels
- Using historical data and analytics to forecast pipeline needs and plan ahead
- Identifying bottlenecks in the hiring process and redesigning workflows to maintain high conversion rates at each stage

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous line management experience with a small team of Talent Partners, combined with individual contributor responsibilities
- Experience hiring for Operations roles or managing high-volume recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to build strong relationships and push back constructively
- Data-driven approach; comfortable using analytics to improve hiring processes and reporting on outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging and build trust across levels
- Experience adopting AI into daily workflows
- Background in fast-paced, scaling organizations; comfort with flexibility and supporting areas outside core remit
