Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in Requirements Management to join the Intelligence Systems division. This role focuses on defining and documenting system architectures for complex hardware/software systems serving Intelligence Community customers. Key responsibilities include: - Define and document system architectures for complex hardware/software systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and allocation of requirements to hardware, software, and firmware elements - Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and tests to ensure products meet specified requirements - Collaborate with fast-paced hardware and software design and development teams - Build, develop, and integrate system models incorporating stakeholder requirements, interface documentation, and design artifacts - Own the system model as the authoritative source of design intent using next-generation agentic modeling tools rather than traditional MBSE suites - Optimize engineering workflows and processes, including building automated workflows for requirements/model synchronization, traceability checks, document generation, and CI-driven verification - Decompose complex systems with competing objectives (performance, schedule, openness, cybersecurity) into executable requirements - Deliver critical technical briefings to technical leadership, company leadership, and customers Required qualifications: - Strong engineering foundation in software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development - 4+ years documenting and developing system requirements for new product design, development, and testing - Experience architecting, developing, and delivering electromechanical hardware and software systems - Experience developing system architectures and design artifacts spanning hardware, software, and firmware - Hands-on experience with system modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, including SysML v1.x and/or v2.0 - Demonstrated experience optimizing engineering workflows and building automated workflows to reduce manual effort - Ability to decompose complex systems with competing objectives into executable requirements - Strong technical communication skills - Currently possesses and able to maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance
