Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer for Integration & Test to support its Intelligence Systems division, which delivers specialized engineering and products for Intelligence Community customers. This role is central to validating advanced defense technology systems as they progress from concept through prototype to production. You will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases, plans, and procedures based on system requirements to ensure thorough validation of system functionality and performance. Working in a fast-paced, quick-reaction environment, you'll collaborate across hardware and software teams to test integrated products end-to-end. Key responsibilities include executing hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and end-to-end evaluation of integrated hardware and software systems, including performance monitoring, test automation, and post-test data analysis. You'll assess test coverage against established requirements, maintaining clear traceability from requirement to verification evidence. You'll configure, troubleshoot, and test networking devices and system network architectures in support of integration and verification. At the program level, you'll own all development testing activities, tracking efforts and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional coverage. You'll communicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and leadership, and continuously improve test infrastructure, automation, and documentation practices. Required qualifications include a strong engineering foundation in software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development, plus 3+ years of experience in testing and verification for product design and development. You must have expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for integrated hardware and software systems, with proven success in end-to-end systems testing. Experience with software testing methodologies for complex systems, HITL testing, networking device troubleshooting, and systems engineering/requirements management tools is essential. Strong technical communication skills and an active U.S. Secret security clearance are required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; experience with military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461); proficiency with test automation frameworks and programming languages (Python, MATLAB); experience standing up lab environments and automated regression pipelines; and experience supporting field testing or operational evaluations.
