You will serve as a RevOps Systems Architect, building a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack where AI is a first-class citizen. This role combines Salesforce administration with backend development responsibilities. You'll own the complete platform, from object model and data architecture to user configuration and platform health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering the Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health
- Building and maintaining automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that power GTM processes end-to-end
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows
- Designing and maintaining SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting across the organization
- Translating ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope, from stakeholder conversation through implemented solution
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the engineering team on larger efforts, scoping and shipping together

REQUIREMENTS:
- Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration
- Strong Apex development skills: ability to build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations independently
- SQL proficiency: ability to decompose ambiguous questions into answerable queries and comfort with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic
- Systems mindset: ability to hold end-to-end processes in your head, trace fields from origin through downstream dependencies, and anticipate breaking changes
- Excitement about modern tooling and AI-native systems; curiosity about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect
BONUS:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker
