Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company focused on preventing avoidable hospitalizations and transforming senior-care operations. The company's Circadia Intelligence Platform combines contactless sensing technology that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy, native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance, and enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions within EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows. The platform currently touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks.
As Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of the GTM team, managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously from contract signature through go-live on the contactless remote monitoring platform. You will coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Customer Success) and external stakeholders (facility leadership, IT contacts) to prepare each customer for activation and go-live. The role involves keeping customer records accurate, ensuring clean handoffs to Customer Success, and helping refine onboarding workflows as the business scales. While the role currently focuses on onboarding, responsibilities may shift to support other business areas as needs evolve.
Key responsibilities include: managing multiple customer onboardings concurrently; coordinating across internal teams and customers to maintain implementation timelines; supporting Sales and Customer Success with customer questions including technical inquiries; maintaining accurate customer records; adapting to evolving processes and identifying improvements; and flagging process gaps before they impact timelines.
Success is measured by: customers reaching go-live on target installation dates; reduction in average time from contract signature to go-live; completion of readiness requirements before installation with no day-of delays; accurate and current customer records across tracking systems; clean handoffs to Customer Success with complete account information; and early identification of process gaps.
