Watershed is an enterprise sustainability platform used by leading companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for regulatory reporting (including CSRD), and drive real decarbonization. You will join the Sustainability Data Advisory team in our London office as a customer-focused, analytically-minded advisor. This is a core role at a growth-stage startup working with the world's top companies to accelerate their sustainability programs. Key responsibilities: - Advise sustainability teams at major global companies on measuring actionable carbon and non-carbon footprints to reach sustainability goals and enable real reductions. Work on scoping new measurements and conducting in-depth methodology comparisons. - Deliver services that accelerate customer success by helping customers set up measurements to meet sustainability goals, serving as a trusted partner in emissions verifications, and providing specialized advisory to optimize data and methodologies. - Ensure customers unlock maximum value from Watershed's platform faster and more effectively than they could independently. - Collaborate with science, engineering, and product teams to pioneer innovative measurement solutions and expand Watershed's sustainability intelligence layer. You will work directly with customers as a trusted advisor, leading measurement sessions and delivering advisory services. This role requires in-person presence in the London office 4 days per week. Requirements: - 4-6 years of experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or other customer-facing roles - Experience in sustainability-related fields, greenhouse gas accounting, and/or ESG reporting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences - Quick learner who operates well in ambiguity; organized, systematic, and efficient; thrives in high-volume environments - Strong analytical thinking and comfort using and speaking to data; meticulous and detail-oriented - Passion for solving climate change and contributing to a fast-paced startup environment - Nice to have: fluency in multiple languages (English, French, German, or Spanish)
