PropHero is an AI-driven marketplace transforming property investment, backed by global VCs and founded by McKinsey alumni. The company is expanding its team and seeking a Supply Lead to drive its property sourcing and acquisitions strategy.
In this role, you will define and execute PropHero's property supply strategy, ensuring a consistent pipeline of investment-grade properties that matches investor demand across target markets. You will drive cross-functional execution across Supply and key stakeholders, ensuring projects progress smoothly through commercialization and operational readiness while proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling strategic sourcing channels—real estate agencies, developers, portfolio owners, banks/servicers, and off-market partners—negotiating collaboration agreements where relevant.
- Owning the supply funnel end-to-end (sourcing, visits, analysis, offers, and reservations), tracking KPIs such as volume, conversion rates, time-to-offer, and yield quality, and reporting them to leadership.
- Setting and refining investment criteria and underwriting standards (pricing, renovation estimates, rental yield) together with Sales, Renovation, Legal, and Finance teams, ensuring every property meets PropHero's quality bar.
- Continuously improving supply processes and tooling (CRM, market data, automation) and identifying opportunities to scale sourcing into new cities and regions.
The company values a growth mindset, diverse and collaborative teams, continuous learning, and career growth in an early-stage startup environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, property sourcing, investment, or brokerage, including at least 2 years leading a team or managing an acquisitions pipeline, ideally in a proptech, real estate investment, or fast-scaling startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; Master's in Real Estate or Finance is a plus.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and project ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify blockers, and drive projects to completion.
- Solid analytical skills to assess pricing, yields, and renovation budgets.
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish residential market.
- Structured and data-driven mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Native-level Spanish and advanced English (all teams are distributed globally and use English for internal communications).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Experience with real estate portals and market-data platforms (e.g., Idealista, Fotocasa).
- BI tools experience (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus.
