Greenlight is a family technology company with 6.5+ million users, offering a suite of products including a debit card, app, GPS trackers, and family hub. The company is scaling its hardware business across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels.
You will own the end-to-end supply chain infrastructure for Greenlight's hardware portfolio, sitting at the intersection of Operations, Go-to-Market, Finance, and external partners. This is a hands-on role where you will build demand planning processes, manage inventory across channels, and operate the 3PL relationship day-to-day.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Greenlight's hardware demand forecast, translating marketing spend, promotional calendars, POS data, and launch timelines into executable supply plans
- Lead consensus planning with GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Ops; maintain baseline, upside, and downside scenarios and escalate risks with recommendations
- Convert demand plans into time-phased, BOM-level supply plans
- Own Amazon FBA inventory health and serve as day-to-day operational owner of the 3PL relationship, including kitting/VAS scheduling, inbound coordination, FBA replenishment, retail routing compliance, and packaging replenishment
- Define and enforce SLAs and KPIs with the 3PL; run structured weekly/monthly scorecard reviews
- Own item master, BOM, kit SKU configuration, and packaging specifications; ensure BOM changes are reflected in 3PL SOPs before execution
- Partner with Retail/GTM on new channel onboarding to define fulfillment, labeling, EDI, and returns requirements
- Maintain supply chain KPI suite including forecast accuracy, in-stock rates by channel, inventory turns, weeks-of-supply, kit component coverage, and returns cycle time
- Champion automation of manual workflows
- Support month-end close by reconciling inventory transactions and explaining variances
- Document processes as SOPs and runbooks to enable scaling
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics operations for physical consumer products (consumer electronics, wearables, CPG, or similar) in a growth-stage or fast-paced environment
- Hands-on demand planning experience: owned SKU-level forecasts across at least two of D2C, Amazon/marketplace, and retail; understand sell-in vs. sell-through, promotional lift, and weeks-of-supply
- Working knowledge of MRP/BOM-based supply planning: reorder points, safety stock, lead-time offsetting, kit/bundle SKUs
- Direct experience managing day-to-day 3PL operations including warehouse management system configurations, kitting/VAS, FBA prep and inbound, SLA and scorecard governance
- Experience managing retail EDI workflows including purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, and inventory feeds; familiarity with transaction sets 850, 855, 856, 810, 846
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfortable with large, imperfect data sets from multiple systems
- Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated track record of driving change through scalable processes
- Excellent communication skills; ability to synthesize supply and demand trade-offs into clear recommendations for GTM, Finance, and leadership; ability to influence external partners without formal authority
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
Preferred:
- Hands-on Amazon FBA/FBM operations experience
- Retail vendor-compliance experience
- Familiarity with S&OP or consensus demand planning
