Salary: USD 115,344 - 151,389 / annual

Minted seeks a Supply Chain Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end transportation strategy and execution across inbound, DTC, and wholesale channels. You will own logistics performance, cost optimization, carrier strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the network balances speed, reliability, cost, and scalability. Key responsibilities include: **DTC & Last-Mile Logistics**: Optimize Minted's parcel network across carriers and service levels. Manage carrier performance, contracts, rate negotiations, and SLA management. Analyze shipping costs, surcharges, and routing to reduce cost per package. Partner with fulfillment and technology teams on carrier selection and shipment visibility. Serve as primary logistics partner to Customer Service for time-sensitive shipments. **Peak Planning & Execution**: Lead transportation readiness for peak seasons by translating business forecasts into carrier volume and capacity requirements. Coordinate with carriers and fulfillment partners on pickup schedules and contingency plans. Monitor peak performance and communicate forecasts, risks, and cost implications to the business. **International & Inbound Logistics**: Own inbound transportation from overseas suppliers through delivery to fulfillment locations and wholesale destinations. Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs. Optimize ocean, air, and domestic inbound freight based on cost, lead time, and inventory. Maintain expertise in Incoterms, customs processes, and trade compliance. **Wholesale & Distribution Logistics**: Manage logistics for wholesale and retail programs, including routing guides, labeling, EDI, and delivery compliance. Monitor freight chargebacks and ensure readiness for new customers and product launches. **Analytics & Continuous Improvement**: Own logistics KPIs, transportation forecasts, and cost-to-serve analysis. Identify and execute initiatives to reduce transportation cost, improve transit times, and strengthen network resilience. Partner with Engineering and Product to automate workflows and enhance visibility. Required qualifications: 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations with meaningful experience in both DTC parcel/last-mile shipping and international inbound logistics. Deep knowledge of the U.S. parcel ecosystem, carrier contracts, and transportation pricing. Hands-on experience with international freight, ocean/air transportation, and customs. Experience with peak planning, multi-node fulfillment, 3PLs, and wholesale distribution. Strong analytical and financial skills with data-driven decision-making ability. Excellent operational judgment and cross-functional communication.
