Voyager Technologies is a space, defense, and national security technology company seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support day-to-day supply chain operations for aerospace and space systems programs. Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain, you will analyze procurement, supplier performance, and material flow data to keep programs on schedule and on budget.
Key responsibilities include: analyzing supply chain data (supplier delivery performance, lead times, inventory levels, cost trends) to support program and procurement decisions; generating and maintaining supply chain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for stakeholders including Program Management, Finance, and leadership; supporting procurement activities by coordinating RFQs, tracking quotes, and assisting with purchase order preparation in internal systems; monitoring open purchase orders and subcontracts for on-time delivery and escalating material shortages or schedule risks; tracking supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery, quality rejections, and corrective action follow-up; supporting new supplier onboarding and compliance documentation; maintaining accurate records in NetSuite and E2 systems; coordinating across Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams; supporting compliance activities including CPSR documentation, small business subcontracting reporting, and export control recordkeeping; and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience); 1–3 years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience in manufacturing or government contracting; experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, E2, or equivalent); advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, dynamic arrays, structured tables, conditional formatting, dashboards); ability to analyze Bills of Material, supplier performance, inventory, lead times, and procurement data; experience with AI-assisted productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude); strong written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; US work eligibility with potential access to export-controlled information.
Preferred: aerospace or space systems program experience; familiarity with FAR/DFARS, CPSR, or government contracting compliance; supplier performance management or corrective action experience.
