Bevi is a venture-backed IoT beverage technology company on a mission to eliminate single-use bottles and cans. The company has raised over $160M, serves thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, and has saved over 1 billion bottles from waste.
The Supply Chain Data Analyst will play a critical role in evolving Bevi's operational efficiency by managing tactical procurement of components while auditing and modernizing core supply chain workflows. This hybrid role bridges current manual purchasing processes and a future state powered by automation, system integration, and AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing day-to-day purchasing activities: managing PO issuance, tracking delivery schedules, and handling expedites in coordination with the Planning and Global Supply Management team
- Resolving invoice and receiving discrepancies by investigating and correcting data when vendor shipments or invoices don't match ERP records
- Owning SKU and BOM accuracy as the gatekeeper for the "single source of truth" across NetSuite and Arena platforms
- Leading discovery of current-state procurement workflows, identifying manual handoffs, and creating visual maps and SOPs to standardize operations
- Analyzing purchasing and inventory processes to identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation using tools like Zapier, Workato, or native ERP functionalities
- Investigating and piloting AI-driven use cases such as LLM-assisted data cleaning, automated vendor follow-ups, and predictive stock alerting
- Building dashboards to track supply chain KPIs (PO cycle time, on-time delivery) and measuring the impact of process improvements
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems, or has 1-3 years of equivalent practical experience. Required skills include strong analytical ability with obsessive attention to detail, proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and PLM software (Arena), and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Candidates should have exposure to or strong interest in automation platforms, process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro), and AI tools. Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude are essential.
Success metrics include consistent and accurate execution of buyer responsibilities with reduced fire drills, maintenance of highly accurate master data within NetSuite/Arena, delivery of a centralized repository of documented workflows, and successful implementation of 2-3 automation or AI-assisted quick wins that reduce manual work.
